1. This is a group assignment with contain 2-4 members. The work must be entirely your own group. The safety of your assessments is your group responsibility. The group must not permit another student/group access to the work. 2. The group is required to submit ONLY a hard-copy printed document with a COVER PAGE 

attached as first page and the marking grid as second page. 3. You are required to compile all your work into one folder (ZIP file) and upload the softcopy 

on blackboard. 

Project Description: 

1. Choose ONE (1) company for your case study. For example: POS MALAYSIA. 

2. Describe the business of the chosen company. For example: POS MALAYSIA provides postal and related services such as standard mail and courier. 

3. Suggest any system/product/technology that can be implemented and managed in the company. You need to implement a system/product/technology to meet various users’ requirements. You do not have to develop the system, but you need to give at least a design or interface. For example: Propose a drone delivery services for POS MALAYSIA to reduce work force.

Each report must be present in the format presented below: 

1. Project Background 

Describe the business of the company. For example the nature of company, history, and services. 

2. Objective 

Describe the purpose of the particular report and specify the intended audience for the report. 

3. Scope 

Give at least THREE (3) project scopes. (Example : To develop, to implement, to provide) 

4. Project Deliverables 

A deliverable could be a report, a document, a software product, a server upgrade or any other building block of an overall project. Provide your answer in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) including the budget and resources allocation. 

5. Project Plan 

Construct a network diagram for the activities based on your WBS in section (4). Minimum activities are 10 (A to J). Calculate the critical path for your project in diagram with forward and backward activities. 

6. Project initial schedule 

Provide your schedule in Gantt Chart. 

7. Project Team/Development Structure 

Provide team structure in organizational chart. 

8. Appendix 

Minimum TWO (2) minutes meeting with team member acknowledgement.
